Your package includes 3 one hour sessions; an initial consultation held during your first or second trimester, one follow up session in your third trimester and another follow up session within your first three months postpartum.
A range of nutrition-related topics will be discussed, including appropriate pre and postnatal diet and supplements, preparing for/recovering from labour, support while breastfeeding and dealing with specific concerns such as heartburn/nausea/vomiting in pregnancy or baby's gas/colic/reflux.
