Ingredients

  • 1 lb. FILLET OF TROUT
  • 1 Tbsp. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
  • 1 Tbsp. RAW HONEY
  • 2 tsp. WATER
  • 2 large cloves GARLIC, CRUSHED
  • 1 2 tsp. SEA SALT

Honey-Garlic Trout Directions

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place fish, skin down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour mixture on top of fish.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes and serve.
