- 1 lb. FILLET OF TROUT
- 1 Tbsp. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 1 Tbsp. RAW HONEY
- 2 tsp. WATER
- 2 large cloves GARLIC, CRUSHED
- 1 2 tsp. SEA SALT
Honey-Garlic Trout Directions
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place fish, skin down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour mixture on top of fish.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and serve.
