- 1 + 1/2 lbs. SWEET POTATOES, PEELED
- 2 Tbsp. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 3 Tbsp. PURE MAPLE SYRUP
- 1/4 tsp. SEA SALT
- 3/4 tsp. GROUND CINNAMON
Cinnamon-Maple Sweet Potatoes Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut sweet potatoes in 1" chunks and place into mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture into large baking dish line with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes or until sweet potatoes are soft.
