- 2 cloves GARLIC, PEELED
- 3 Tbsp. TAHINI
- 1 tsp. GROUND CUMIN
- 1 + 1/4 tsp. SEA SALT
- 3 Tbsp. LEMON JUICE (1 LEMON)
- 2 Tbsp. WATER
- 3/4 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
