- 2 + 1/2 cups RAW HULLED SUNFLOWER SEEDS
- 1/2 cup RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS
- OPTIONAL: 1-2 tsp. RAW HONEY
Nut-Free Butter Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place seeds onto a large baking sheet and toast for approximately 8 minutes, or until golden in colour.
- Transfer seeds into a food processor. Process for approximately 15 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. Continue processing until mixture is smooth and shiny looking.
- Add optional honey and continue blending until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator.
