  • 2 + 1/2 cups RAW HULLED SUNFLOWER SEEDS
  • 1/2 cup RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS
  • OPTIONAL: 1-2 tsp. RAW HONEY

Nut-Free Butter Directions

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place seeds onto a large baking sheet and toast for approximately 8 minutes, or until golden in colour.
  3. Transfer seeds into a food processor.  Process for approximately 15 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.  Continue processing until mixture is smooth and shiny looking.
  4. Add optional honey and continue blending until smooth.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
