Ingredients

  • 1 + 3/4 cup PUMPKIN PUREE
  • 1 RIPE BANANA
  • 1 cup COCONUT MILK
  • 1 cup PEAR JUICE
  • 2 Tbsp. PUMPKIN SEED BUTTER
  • 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1/2 tsp. GROUND CINNAMON
  • 1/4 tsp. GROUND GINGER
  • 1/4 tsp. GROUND CLOVES
  • 1/4 tsp. GROUND NUTMEG

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Directions

Procedure:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Notes
:

*If possible, refrigerate the first 5 ingredients prior to making the smoothie as it tastes better when slightly chilled.

**If the smoothie is too thick, simply add extra pear juice or a bit of water until it reaches your desired consistency.
