- 1 cup RAW TAHINI
- 1 cup WATER
- 4 Tbsp. LEMON JUICE (APPROX. 1 LG. LEMON)
- 1 clove GARLIC, PEELED
- 1/2 cup FRESH PARSLEY
- 1 tsp. SEA SALT
Tahini Dressing Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
* Tahini is a paste made of either raw or toasted seseame seeds and is rich in calcium. This dressing works best with the raw variety. When you buy a new jar of tahini, often the natural oils will separate so be sure to stir well before using and after opening, store the jar in the refrigerator.
